"They did the right thing and helped me out"
I had a question about my order and reached out to customer service. They didn’t reply instantly, but they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The response was clear, and they actually helped sort out the issue instead of giving me the runaround. To me, that’s the fair way to treat customers. Giving 4 stars.

"Nice look, but the pages feel a little overwhelming"
The site is cute overall, and I do like the colors. Some of the room photos were nice too and gave me a few ideas. But after clicking around for a bit, I started feeling a little worn out because some pages are just too crowded and busy to look at. It’s not a bad site, I just wish it felt simpler and easier on the eyes. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Had a small issue with my order..."
Had a small issue with my order when it showed up, so I reached out to minihouzz thinking it might be a hassle. they got back to me quickly and handled it without any fuss. Really appreciated how easy they made it. I’d definitely recommend them and would order again.

"Showed up way sooner than expected"
I was surprised how fast it got here. Shipping was smooth and there weren’t any issues, which was a relief because I usually don’t have much faith in customer service if something goes wrong. Thankfully, I didn’t need to deal with anyone

I ended up returning my order and honestly... it was way easier than I expected. No hassle, no back-and-forth. The refund showed up quickly too, which was a nice surprise.

"Really struggled with the assembly"
Putting this together was frustrating. The instructions felt confusing to me, and a couple of steps didn’t seem to line up with the parts I had, though maybe I missed something. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I had to take parts back apart and redo them a few times. I can’t say for sure if it was just the instructions or me having a bad assembly day, but it definitely wasn’t easy. I probably wouldn’t buy it again...

"Delivery was fine, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered from minihouzz.com and yeah, the items did show up eventually, but the delivery was a few days late, which got frustrating. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and had no clue what was going on. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but i wish the shipping was a lot more reliable

"Looks nicer in the photos"
It showed up on time, so I’ll give it that, but the quality was disappointing. It feels kind of cheap, and one of the corners already had a small mark on it when I opened the box. From across the room it looks fine, but up close? Give me a break, for the price, I expected a lot better. I probably wouldn’t order it again...

I picked this up from minihouzz.com a few months back, mostly because I wanted to see if it would actually hold up over time. I can’t say for sure how it’ll be long-term, but so far it still looks good. No cracking or odd wear that I’ve noticed, and the material feels sturdier than I expected for the price. Overall, I’m happy with it.

It feels really solid overall and you can tell the craftsmanship is good. There’s just a few tiny flaws here and there, nothing too big though.

"Pretty much what they said it was"
The product info on minihouzz.com was mostly accurate, and I’m absolutely certain the size and main details matched what I was expecting. It wasn’t some huge surprise or anything, which is always a win when ordering online.

The color was definitely a little different from the pictures, no question about it, and a few smaller parts felt cheaper than I thought they would. Not awful at all, but I’d say it landed firmly in the “decent but not amazing” category.

"Design wasn’t quite what I hoped for"
I ordered from MiniHouzz and sent in photos for reference, but the final design didn’t really match them as closely as I expected. Because a few small details were left out and the colors looked different, the whole thing felt a bit less accurate than I wanted.
It wasn’t awful, and the shipping was fine, but the design is the main reason I ordered. Since the final result didn’t feel close enough to the photos, I was disappointed for the price.

"Pretty happy with my order"
I ordered a few small things from MiniHouzz, and overall it was a smooth experience. The delivery took about a little longer than I was expecting, but everything showed up in good shape. The prices seemed around fair too. I’d probably order again if I needed something similar

"Sizing Was Far Off"
I ordered from MiniHouzz and made sure to check the size chart before buying, but the item that arrived was much smaller than I expected.

It really didn’t line up with the measurements listed on the site, so I couldn’t use it the way I planned. That was frustrating, although to be fair, the item itself didn’t look terrible or anything.

I’m giving it 1 star because sizing accuracy is a big deal for me, and this one was just too far off.

Well... for the price, it’s not bad. It does the job, but the quality feels a little inconsistent, so I wouldn’t say it’s amazing.

"Missing parts made it really frustrating"
I opened the box expecting everything to be there, but some pieces were missing. that kind of ruined the whole experience for me because I couldn’t even use it properly right away. Disappointing.

"I did get my order placed in..."
I did get my order placed in the end, so that’s good. The checkout was just a little slower than I expected, and a couple of the pages took their time loading, not the end of the world, but still kind of annoying. The payment step also confused me for a second, so I had to double-check what I was doing. Overall, it worked, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest checkout experience.

"Fast shipping, but the order was wrong"
My order showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but two of the items weren’t what I actually picked. It was frustrating having to deal with support, especially since they took a while to get back to me. it kind of made me wonder if they’re more focused on getting the sale than making sure the order is done right.
